A higher off-campus standard

LIO Properties was started in 2015 by a couple that both started their journeys at Ball State (a long, long, long time ago!) We are a small company and take our property management very personally. We pride ourselves on providing clean, updated and upscale off-campus student housing to the Ball State student population. We started LIO Properties because we believe student rentals shouldn't mean compromised living. Our homes are fully updated before move-in, featuring modern kitchens, reliable heating, and bright, airy spaces where you can actually thrive. We respond immediately to any maintenance issues and enjoy working with our guests to rectify any potential issue before it becomes a problem. We are easily accessible and personally handle every call, email or other communication ourselves.
