Our Story

LIO Properties was started in 2015 by a couple that both started their journeys at Ball State (a long, long, long time ago!)  We are a small company and take our property management very personally.  We pride ourselves on providing clean, updated and upscale off-campus student housing to the Ball State student population.  We respond immediately to any maintenance issues and enjoy working with our guests to rectify any potential issue before it becomes a problem.  We are easily accessible and personally handle every call, email or other communication ourselves.
